To access the Colombo Bank Telephone Access Banking System, dial 1-800-338-5162. You will then be prompted to access various account information. If you need a customer service representative, you may press 0 at any time during business hours to be transferred to Colombo Bank.
After dialing 800 Number for Telephone Access Banking
Press 1 = For Account Information
The Telephone Access Banking System will ask you to enter your account number followed by the # sign. It will then ask you for your Telephone Access Banking PIN followed by the # sign.
Press 2 = For Check Verification
Press 3 = For Miscellaneous Information / Location & Business Hours
Press 9 = To End the Call
