To access the ColomboBank Telephone Access Banking System, dial 1-800-338-5162. You will then be prompted to access various
account information. If you need a customer service representative, you may press 0 at any time during business hours to be
transferred to ColomboBank.
The following are the various account information you may receive by using your Telephone Access Banking System Access Code
and your Personal Password Number (PIN).
For Account Information
Press 1
(after dialing the Telephone Access Banking 800 number)
The Telephone Access Banking system will ask you to enter your account number followed by the # sign. It will then ask you for
your Telephone Access Banking PIN followed by the # sign.
For Miscellaneous Information

For Location and Business Hours
