A home equity line of credit offers great flexibility. A line of credit allows you to draw against your pre-approved credit line on an "as needed" basis. You can take out the funds all at once or take it out as needed. Simply write a check from your line of credit. This loan is perfect if your borrowing needs vary from time to time.
